At Hearthwood, we want you to love your leather goods as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.

Returns Process

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

    • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

  2. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Email us at support@hearthwood.shop within 30 days of delivery.

    • Include your order number and reason for return (optional).

    • We’ll provide a prepaid return label (South Africa only) or instructions.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

    • Your original payment method will be credited.

Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items (if applicable) cannot be returned.

  • Returns delayed beyond 30 days may be subject to store credit only.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately at support@hearthwood.shop with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or refund you at no cost.
