Delivery Timeframes

📦 Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays)
⏱ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or remote locations.

Shipping Options & Costs

🚚 Standard Shipping (Nationwide):

  • FREE standard shipping on all orders

  • R99 for orders under R1,000

✈ Express Shipping (Optional):

  • 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)

  • Available at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  1. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number

  2. Regular updates from our courier partner (The Courier Guy or similar)

You can track your package directly through the link provided in your email.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major metropolitan areas and most regional locations across South Africa. Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Important Notes

✔ Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout – we can’t redirect packages once dispatched
✔ Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails after 3 attempts, your package will be returned to us and a reshipping fee may apply
✔ Public Holidays: Deliveries don’t occur on South African public holidays
